Exchange/ Return Policy

Return Policy:

***All orders will be processed within 3 business days from the placement of the order.***

All items must be received by the Sideline Sass Boutique staff within 21 days from the shipment date. Please do not email us, if it is past the 21 days we have to stick to our policy and will NOT make exceptions.



If something does not fit like you hoped, we will be happy to offer store credit so long as the merchandise is not a FINAL SALESALE ITEMS or ACCESSORY ITEMS. (I.E.- if it has a sale price at all, it is a FINAL SALE. If you used a promo code over 25% it is a FINAL SALE. If it is an Insta-SALE it is a final sale. If the item is a holiday item- Christmas Shirts, 4th of July Shirts, ETC they are final sale.) Store Credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card emailed to your original email in your original order. Gift card will expire one year to the date they are given out. In order to prevent fraud, we will only accept two returns per original transaction. (For example: If you buy an item and want to return it, we will return it for store credit. Once you use that gift card to buy another item and want to return it for store credit again we will issue another gift card. If you choose to use that gift card again on the third purchase that item is final sale!) We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an order based on suspected fradulent activity.

If it is within the 21 day window, please make sure merchandise is returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice. Before you send any merchandise back to us YOU MUST email us at: so we can let you know when it arrives.  In the email please be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email so we are able to reach you in case of any issues. We will reply to all emails with the correct shipping address.

***To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your items must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, or smell of smoke will be refused and shipped immediately back to you.


Remember we do NOT take back Accessory and Sale Items!!



The best way to exchange your item is to send back what you don't want for a merchandise refund and reorder the item you would like instead.  We need to process exchanges this way because of the system we use.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If an item is lost or stolen in transit to you as the customer we are not responsible. We will always do our best to track all items and even help you file a lost item with the USPS but we will not refund you or send you a duplicate item. We ask that you send your items to the safest place, whether that is a business etc, we truly want you to receive the items and love them. 


Please allow us at least 3-5 business days to receive your electronic store credit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
